The Online Check in system is flawed and a waste of your time. I checked in online with the my preferred stylist and had a 80 min wait, no problem with that. I kept checking in to see if was going to change as that happens quite frequently, it did change so I got ready to go, I received a text saying my stylist would be ready in 15 min so I left my home ( I am 8 min away) half way there I received another text saying that I was on deck, by the time I got to the salon to check in it showed my wait time was 55 min, my stylist was already working on a walk in customer and when I asked the manager she stated that I took to long to get there. I will never go back to a Sports Clips location again and will never recommend them to anyone. PS I was going on vacation and really needed a cut but that did not happen.

I did the online check in and reserved my stylist. It said to be there at 12:01. I showed up at 12:01. She was already about 5 minutes into cutting someone else’s hair. I guess when it says show up at 12:01 it means be there at 11:50 (which makes me wonder what's the point of doing the online reservation if you still have to show up early and wait). So I wait. Sucks but whatever. In the meantime at 12:25 a lady walks in with her son and says she doesn’t like the way that her kids hair was cut. The lady at the register says “okay we’ll fix that for you please take a seat.” 12:40 rolls around and my stylist has finally finished cutting the other guys hair. 12:45 the chairs cleaned up and ready to go. To my surprise she walks out and grabs the kid with the screwed up hair cut! She sees my face and says “it will be just a few more minutes”. Nope it won’t. I did the stupid online check in. I showed up when you told me. I then waited 45 minutes just to get bumped by some kid that got there after me? Forget it. Now I’m late getting back to work and I still don’t have my hair cut.

I took my son to get a hair cut. I had heard great things about this place so I thought I'd give it a shot. WOW was I disappointed!!! The girl who cut my sons hair did an okay job but the entire time talked about her ex and and things I found to be very inappropriate in front of my son. I asked to speak to the manager after multiples times telling her I didn't appreciate the content of what she was saying and infront of my son. When I asked to speak to the manager she then told me that she WAS the manager. I cannot tell you how disappointing this was. I told her I was disappointed in her conduct, she was no professional, and that we would not be returning!!
