The Online Check in system is flawed and a waste of your time. I checked in online with the my preferred stylist and had a 80 min wait, no problem with that. I kept checking in to see if was going to change as that happens quite frequently, it did change so I got ready to go, I received a text saying my stylist would be ready in 15 min so I left my home ( I am 8 min away) half way there I received another text saying that I was on deck, by the time I got to the salon to check in it showed my wait time was 55 min, my stylist was already working on a walk in customer and when I asked the manager she stated that I took to long to get there. I will never go back to a Sports Clips location again and will never recommend them to anyone. PS I was going on vacation and really needed a cut but that did not happen.

I took my son to get a hair cut. I had heard great things about this place so I thought I'd give it a shot. WOW was I disappointed!!! The girl who cut my sons hair did an okay job but the entire time talked about her ex and and things I found to be very inappropriate in front of my son. I asked to speak to the manager after multiples times telling her I didn't appreciate the content of what she was saying and infront of my son. When I asked to speak to the manager she then told me that she WAS the manager. I cannot tell you how disappointing this was. I told her I was disappointed in her conduct, she was no professional, and that we would not be returning!!

Keri, the tall blonde was WONDERFUL!!!! It was so comforting having her wash my hair, massage my neck and head, and then the hot towel on my face. It was all I could do to not snore. So peaceful. Then, she gave me the best hair trim I have EVER had. It was all even, and perfect. She was very professional and considerate. I loved it so much I gave her a $60 dollar tip. Go see Keri if you want someone who is talented, pleasant, and has good energy. Thank you!! I love my hair.
